My interpretation of the lions gate portal is:

It’s when the stars✨ align in such a divine way specifically the bright star called Sirius, Orion’s Belt, the sun, & Earth of course hi, that’s us ish- I totally think most of us are for sure aliens 👽 but currently we are here!

This gate way is interpreted as a literal energetic gateway on the woo community 🦄🦋🧡 that opens us up into connection with higher consciousness, transformation, awakenings, and a deeper spiritual connection with self because of this!

Sirius - is known as the spiritual sun ☀️ Egyptian cultures have said this is the brightest visible star at this time and is +++ sign for fertility and rebirth!

Mixed with the sun’s vitality! Like shine bright energy

Leo center of attention energy! Like, “hi! Let me preform and you be amazed by me!!!!” Seriously so much less f#cks to give energy!

But let’s embody this message and vibe here on earth sharing our gifts!

I feel like this is a major time to step into the solar plexus chakra!! Connecting to that confidence center! But deeper than that I believe this is the location in our energetic body that holds are inner spark! The fire that lights us up- where when we let it shine and burn bright, we are so fulfilled walking hand in hand with our God/Universe/Source given purpose!

Then throw in the numerology vibes 8!!

Hello infinite potential= abundance! It’s like taking the limiting beliefs drift away into the ethers and the universe is the limit and beyond! So much space and opportunity are coming in with ease and it’s all divinely guided!

How I will be utilizing this time personally is:

1. Create space in my life to connect with myself! I let my body and mind be the guide for this because every day I wake up with different needs and I want to honor them!

-This may look like a guided meditation (PS I seriously love the app Insight Timer so many free meditations, yoga flows, music etc.)

-Laying outside under a grandma tree or in the sunshine

-Relaxing in a warm Epson salt bath

-Yin Yoga flow with a long-extended corpse pose at the end

The whole reason this step is vital in connecting to the portal is we first need to connect with ourselves! This space to dive inward can give clarity and insights along with bring up what is wanting to fall away because it is no longer in alignment.

How these messages come through for me are different every time! Sometimes it’s the thoughts that are flowing in and other times it can be almost like a daydream and I am picturing it! I like to keep a journal close by just in case I feel called to writing because that for me is definitely and always has been a huge part to myself discovery. Along with it helps me to remember the messages. Even though I am a believer that our subconscious will remember what it needs to thrive this can help me as a reminder to keep embodying the messages!

2. Journaling!!! I can write and write for days if I give myself the space and I blame it on my zodiac signs! Gemini Rising/Moon with Leo in my third house of communication/writing/sharing and of course throw my Sun sign in the mix of Sagittarius with Jupiter and Mercury = hello downloads!

+what am I writing about anyways!?! literally its anything that comes up that I feel called to write down! I will share in the pictures below an example of what came up during my last Lions Gate Portal in 2025!

+This can also be a time to use a guided journal prompt as well if you are coming up blank! My top favorite questions to ask myself/the divine higher self is:

“Universe/God if you could use me in a way that delights my mind, body, and soul what would that feel and look like?”

“How can I be in alignment with my highest self?”

“What needs to go for me to be flowing as my most authentic version of myself?”

“What are my desires and dreams?”

I have some clients in my life that say they can’t journal or every time they have tried it just doesn’t vibe! But my belief is it’s a practice just like anything else! Especially in a world with all these high active dopamine hits of course settling down to write can be an almost intense ADHD moment of where to even begin and then coming up blank. You are not broken or weird for this! But trust me when I say what worked for me first was a method, I like to call scribble journaling! Get your pen and journal out and close your eyes and just start writing as fast as you can! In my mind I feel as if I am writing cursive and I don’t lift the pen off of the paper until I need to start a new line. This gets the thought out of the mind and then with time it will create more space to have centered direction in writing making a sit-down journal sesh feel like cake! 3. Self-Reiki and connecting to the divine for my highest self! I am a reiki master and so I personally have seen and felt how vital this is for me to include in any of practices or rituals! I like to use a more flowing movement with my hands and let them travel where they need to around my body and holding in place intuitively this helps set my aura up for being a magnet for what I’m calling in along with my root chakra check in pulling weeds to make room for the new growth! 4. Fire burning ritual and/or candle gazing! Writing down what I am shedding and then on another paper what I am calling in! I will burn the one that I am letting go of and I like to keep the other and have it in a visible location to check in on and ask if “I am living in alignment with those desires or if those desires are still in alignment with my highest self!?” Cause we shift and so do our desires!

   We are in the year of the fire horse so of course fire needs to be included in my Portal! This also helps to fill up my cup and connect me back to my solar plexus fire energy like I talked about in the top portion of this yummy lion portal rant! So, if the burning method does feel like the vibe I love to zone out by having a light gaze into the flame of a candle!

5. Connect to the 888hrtz frequency! Playing an 888 vibrational soundtrack to connect my bodies frequency higher helps this energy flow for me! Our cells are naturally vibrating around10kHz-30kHz and 150kHz to 180kHz so having a higher frequency to help our own water molecule in are body vibrate I believe helps our whole energetic field naturally uplift! So yes, let’s get in that same energetic match to call in all of our desires!

6. Dive into the portal with protection! Let my imagination take me to the higher realms and shift on a karmic level what needs shifted for my highest version of myself to be here now! This aids me in not blocking all my potential and opens me up to the expansion I am craving! Always with divine light and love! I like to travel through the ethers with my protector felines that always come through! So, they will vibe well with this lion energy! I let my imagination run wild! When giving myself the space to be in this almost childlike mind set it connects to the deepest parts of my subconscious and truly for me has been a major part to unlocking my now beautifully manifested life I am in now!

7. Connect with clarity and then surrender it to the portal and the divine consciousness! Now it’s the trusting that what we are calling in has and will arrive in all the divine timing! I like to be delusional af in this frequency and just imagine and be in the feelings of having all that I already desire here and now along with the reminder that our minds don’t know the difference between our thoughts and what is reality! So…
