Reiki is a Japanese energy healing technique that utilizes life force energy in a way to add healing, protection, and realignment. This is typically performed while in a meditative state with light to no touch. Whoever is performing Reiki is using their hands as their main tool to channel healing life force energy. This can be for others, yourself, animals, plants, food, or even a collective event across the world.
Because Reiki is focused on energy you can set your intention for utilizing its powers for any limitless healing potential.
